Frequently Asked Questions
We have: a treadmill, bike, dumbbells, Smith machine, cable multi-gym, exercise mats, and a speaker and TV you can cast content to.
The treadmill and bike both have iFit virtual content; instructor-led classes you can follow, and guided runs/cycles through different scenic locations.
Let us know if we're missing something you'd like and we'll see if we can add it. Keep in mind it's a TINY gym though, so there's limited space for big pieces of equipment!
There's full instructions on our booking page for how to register, book a slot, and get into the gym.
Once you've booked a slot, your phone will be your access key. Just tap the "Check In" button in our app, then hold your phone up to the door scanner to enter.
The access code is only active during your timeslot though. Meaning nobody else can get in while you're working out, and you won't be able to open the door during someone else's booking.
Yep! You can share your time with a friend, we just ask that they also register on our system so our insurance policy doesn't implode.
You'll be asked if you're bring a guest when confirming your booking in our app.
You have to be 16+ to book a session at TinyGyms.
If you are 18+ you can bring an Under 16 guest with you, but they are not allowed to use any of the gym equipment.
So if you have a baby or young child you want to bring into the gym while you exercise yourself, that's totally fine. But if you want to workout together with your 13 year old child, they can be in the gym but are not allowed to use any of the gym equipment.
The answer to any questions about possible exceptions to this rule will be, "Sorry, our insurance says no.".
You sure can. Our booking app shows what times are available, and once you book a slot nobody else gets access during your workout.
Yes, to help make TinyGyms feel like a safe space to exercise we have external and internal CCTV coverage.
We also have an emergency alert button that's monitored 24/7 and can quickly connect you to emergency services if needed.
This is honestly the most common question we get (by a long way), and I blame myself.
We show the windows with blinds up in most of our images to help show what's inside, but rest assured there are blinds you can lower for privacy.
